Committee
Committee is a group of man who surendered ( as a cluster ) a problem which must be finalized. This committee called as also council, commision, set of duty or team. As for as reason of apply committee that is idea and consideration of cluster, fear too much authority at an unique, motivation through participation, action locked in, coordination of department, plan and habit and continues and divides information.
