Departementasi is business is classifying people activity into departments ( area, division or branch from company ).
1. Organization as process, mean various bottom inputs must be paid attention in this case that is structure must express purpose and activity plan, structure must express available authority for manager, structure must express area and must be filled with staff consisted of by people.
